I was surfing net and found this pretty dress of Jessica Lowndes. She attended the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style Awards in Beverly Hills, California. She looked pretty wearing a neon green, black, and white sleeveless dress from the Diane von Furstenberg Resort 2012 collection.
I thought I should make nail art design inspired by her neon green dress.
