Christmas is coming and I prepared my nails for this festive day. I didn't made Santa but a cheerful snowman, top hat and carrot nose included.

I used :

  • A light grey nail paint for base, you can choose any color according to your mood.
  • A white nail paint.
  • A blue nail paint.
  • Nail art brush.
  • A pink or orange nail paint.

How to make Snow man and snowflakes :

Step 1: Paint nails grey. Let dry.

Step 2: Using white paint to create the snowman's bodycreate 2 circles, one smaller on top and the other bigger.
Step 3 : Make snow flakes on left nails.

Hope you like it. :)

Winter Makeup : Golden Girl

The expression of "smoky eye" typically describes a palette of charcoals and grays, there's no reason not to create this super-glamorous look with other hues.
I love the eye brightening effects of gold, copper, and bronze shades -- all done up in the traditional smokey manner.
These colors have light diffusing properties that cast a golden glow and they're also m0re youthful and modern. Just remember the golden rule of shimmer : Younger, taut lids can handle more shimmer, while mature, wrinkled lids require less.

What to Use
1. Three golden hues for highlighting, contouring, and lining.
2. Mascara.
3. A good Smudge Brush for blending and adding depth.
4. Eyeliner in Bronze.

How to Do It

Step 1: With a shadow brush, lightly tap a highlighter color, such as a pale gold, on the brow bone.

Step 2: Next dab a contour color, bronze shadow, along the crease. Mature lids look better with a matte shadow instead of one with shimmer.

Step 3: Run the darkest color, such as a rich copper, along the upper lash line with a smudge brush, whose dense bristles create the perfect line.

Step 4: Time to blend! Every color should meet and slightly overlap. Use smudge brush to smooth the darkest color over the lid, blending it into the crease color. Dust off the brush again and blend the color from the crease to the brow bone.

Step 5: Run a bronze eyeliner pencil all around the eye. Soften the line with a smudge brush and then sweep it along the lower lash line.
Step 6: Finally, apply kajal (optional) and end with a few coats of mascara to show it all off!

  • Use Coral or light brown lipstick to team up with this look.

Nature's Essence Gold Bleach Review

I never tried Fem's new range bleach which has specified bleach according to skin color so thought of buying their Gold Bleach which is for special occasion but it was unavailable in the shop where I usually buy stuff. Then I saw Nature's essence Gold bleach there and as I heard so much about this brand thought of giving a try.

What it Claims - Lightens hair to match skin color, and makes skin fairer and glowing. Its mild formula gives more natural texture with no irritation to the skin”.

Price : Rs 50 for 43 gm.

Ingredients - Cream : Hydrogen Pyroxide.
Activator : Golden dust, Ammonium Bicarbonate.

Pack contains - A cream, activator powder and a spatula.
Cream is white in color with thick consistency. Activator is light yellow in color with pungent smell.

Usage - Clean the face. Mix 2 spatulas of bleach cream & 2 pinches of activator powder together and stir for 2 mins till powder dissolves completely.

Note : Don't use soap at least for 6 hours after the bleach.

What I like about it - The first thing I noticed and liked a lot is No Burning Sensation. Usually when I apply any bleach on my face I couldn't open my eyes for few minutes because of it's strong smell which gives tears and kind of burning sensation. I utterly loving it. I couldn't believe that it doesn't feel a thing, now I can watch TV during these 15 minutes. It gives a glow to your face which lasts for app. 1 hour. It does lighten all the small black hairs. I think it's good for all types of skin. And best for sensitive skin.

"+" Points :

  • Reasonably Priced.
  • Bleaches/Lightens all the facial hairs.
  • Gives a glowing face for 1 hour.
  • No burning sensation.
  • No tears.
  • No allergic reaction.
  • Suits all skin types. Best for sensitive skin.

"-" Points  :

  • The glow lasts only for an hour. :(
  • Incomplete ingredients list.
  • Don't know they really have gold or not. Well that doesn't matters me as it gives best results in 50 /-

Rating : 4.75 / 5

Recommend it : Yes. But if you have better option then you should try it once.
