Electric Blue Eye Look, EOTD

I have seen Rihanna, Drew Barrymore, Katy Perry, Blake Lively and many other celebrities wearing Electric blue eye makeup. It's eye catching but this style you guys are either going to really love it or want to throw eggs at. If you are in the first category, here's the smattering look for you.

• Apply Silver eye shadow on whole eye lid.

• Then use eye brush to take bright Blue eye shadow from corner to crease.

• Blend it with silver eye shadow, now you can see bold blue eye shadow only on crease and outer corner of eye.

• Line your upper lash line with black eye liner and also line half the way lower lash line from center to end with eye liner.
• Apply a nude shade of highlighter and add 2-3 coats of mascara. Done.

Copper Eye Makeup Trend

If you are a makeup trend hunter then experiment with the latest style that conquered the red carpet, the copper eye makeup which boost up your plain look. Steal the glam look of celebs for overwhelming effect.

So, we should start with the base, use foundation that matches your skin tone.
Apply translucent powder to cover up beauty flaws.
Grab copper eye shadow and apply it from inner corner to crease.

Now take jet black eye shadow and start from center to upward direction and make line diagonally as shown in picture below.

Also apply copper eye shadow to inner corner and a bit to lower lash line. Take black eye shadow and apply it to lower lash line with the help of liner brush.

Now use neutral highlighter to highlight the brow bone area and apply loads of mascara.

Different Ways To Apply Eyeliner

By learning to use eyeliner properly, one's appearance can bring out woman's beauty. Eye liner on eyes draw attention to their beauty. When I was a beginner in applying eyeliner, I heard that beginner should use eye pencil but don't know what come to me and I started with liquid eyeliner and now I can apply eyeliner in so many ways. Well it's upto you which you prefer liquid or pencil.

Here are 6 different ways to apply eyeliner according to your mood and occasion.
1- This type gives you a sensational cat eye look. It is drawn thinner at the inner corner and it is drawn thicker on the outer corner of eyes.

2- This is a thick line and  a gentle upward thin line to create the look.

3- Line is more thicker from center of upper lash line to the end of it, create a small thick triangle which just ends along with outer corner of eye.

4- This look suitable for formal or office because this will add emphasis to your eyes and sometimes it's not possible for others to find out your very fine line. It means looks natural sometimes.

5- This is my favorite look. Draw a fine line close to upper lash line and end it just before the corner of eye. You don't have to complete the line to the end of lash line, stop the line just before the end and then lift the line upward.

6- A gentle upward line gives you a youthful look to your eyes.

Day Party Makeup

When it comes to day makeup we always think what to wear on eyes to look gorgeous and also according to the function we are going to. Specially when it is day function or party so you don't overdo but whatever do look best on you. So I came up with a great eye makeup for day party. Adding glitter to your eye makeup takes your basic day look to the next level for a special event. Why  stick to neutral safe makeup? Experiment with your looks and get that trendsetter title.


1- Apply primer on eye lid and loose powder, then use white eye shadow on whole eye lid.

2- On outer corner of eyes use light purple eye shadow.

3- For matching the exact color with my saree I used pink eye shadow on purple eye shadow to get that specific color. You can also mix eyeshadow to get that exact color to match. This is what I do.. :)

4- Here I used gold glitters from inner corner to center of eye lid. I didn't use loads of glitter but a very little amount of it to get that gorgeous look.

5- With eye brush swipe on gold glitters to mix up with eye shadow and get that smooth look.

6- Highlight brow bone with very light pink eye shadow and apply kajal and eye liner as shown in picture below.

Beauty Tip : How To Keep Concealer From Melting Off

As we all know weather is really humid and it's not possible for everyone to wear makeup in this humidity.
But unless the complexion god look upon you fondly from sky, you'll need to use a bit of concealer. But what you can do to make it stay for long and keep it from melting off. Well here is the tip for you -

• Take a fine-point concealer brush, wet it and apply dampened loose powder to any blemishes.
• Look for oil-free concealer when air is sticky, it won't sit on top of skin.
• Best is to buy waterproof concealer. Maybelline NY waterproof cover-stick is great under budget buy for this weather.

Bonjour Ladies!

We all women know that Mehndi is world-wide famous and usually worn by women to beautify themselves.

Foe functions and weddings we just can't stay away from it. Nowadays Mehndi designs on hands and feet transformed into tattoos on shoulder, back side of neck and anywhere we want. 

So I tried a butterfly tattoo on my side of foot and my husband also gave it a try.

I applied it on my hand and after drying I tried to smudge it vigorously but it didn't smudge till I use cleanser or makeup remover to remove it. It is smudge proof and stays for long.

It is available in 8 shades.

Price - 275/- for 3.5 ml.

• This is a gel based eye liner with micro fine glitter particles.
• It's non smudging feature gives you complete look for parties.
• Vivid colors like pink, green , blue and even transparent that could be used as a top coat.
• The applicator is slim and long but it's not possible to apply thin line.
